1. What are the production deadlines for each product?
Production deadlines are different for each product. In general, they vary from 24 hours to 5 days. For very large prints production times may extend to two weeks. The period begins from the moment we receive the payment. We confirm orders by email and we will send you the date for shipment and estimated time for transit.
2. Can I pay after the receiving of my order?
We only work with advance payment method. For more information, do not hesitate to write us.
3. How will I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice upon delivery of your order. If you want to receive your invoice or pro-forma invoice before, please contact us by e-mail.
4. If I have a problem with the received goods, how should I proceed?
If the problem is torn or damaged packaging of your order, make a complaint to the transport company, noting the damage of the goods inthe transport documents, upon receipt of your order.
If the package is too damaged, you have the right to refuse receipt. In this case, please contact us immediately so thatwe can contact the transport company on our side.
In case of a quality problem of products, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com . Please describe the exact problem, the number of products that are affected. It is desirable to add photos. Do not forget to mention your order number, invoice number, the company name and phone number . We will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Is it possible to make changes or updates to my print files?
Yes, it is possible. In this case, it is necessary to send us your print files by specifying that you want to change them and we will send you a quote for the changes to your e-mail.
6. I can’t find an offer for the product I want to print on your site. How to proceed?
Open the "QUOTE" menu on the main page and complete the form. We will send you an estimation for the desired product.
